Private PDF merging

Most PDF sites upload your documents to their servers, which isn't great for contracts, bank statements or ID documents. This tool uses pdf-lib, an open-source PDF library, inside your browser. Your files are read and combined on your device.

Limits

Password-protected PDFs need the password removed first. Very large files (hundreds of MB) may be slow on phones. Interactive form fields and bookmarks may not be kept in the merged file.

Questions

No. Merge as many PDFs as your device can handle.

Do I need to sign up?

Are my PDFs uploaded?

No, they never leave your device.

Can I merge images and PDFs together?

Turn images into a PDF first with JPG to PDF, then merge.
